BIMmagic has established a business network through its joint venture (JV) partners in Southeast Asia, China, South Asia, and East Africa, with a combined portfolio in the development of large-scale affordable residential housing, mixed-use real estate, and infrastructure projects (e.g. solar farm and water processing plant), where Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mobile technology are adopted to improve project performance and ensure project delivery.
BIMmagic works with some leading enterprises and universities in the region to co-develop information technology. Meanwhile, BIMmagic helps integrate multi-national resources of digital solutions, Design-and-Build (D/B) builders, and Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contractors to collaboratively deliver sustainable housing and infrastructure facilities in Asia and Africa.
